متجر SAFWAN تابع لـ SAFWAN Digital Media Services، وبيبيع منتجات رقمية: شحن ألعاب وتطبيقات، بطاقات، وخدمات اتصالات. لما تستعمل الموقع أو تعمل حساب، يعني إنك موافق على هالشروط.
2الحساب
إنت مسؤول عن حماية حسابك وكلمة السر، وعن كل شي بيصير منو.
لازم تكون معلوماتك صحيحة، خصوصاً رقم الواتساب، لنقدر نتواصل معك.
منقدر نوقّف أو نسكّر أي حساب في عليه احتيال أو مخالفة لهالشروط.
3الرصيد والشحن
بتشحن رصيدك بإحدى طرق الدفع الظاهرة بالموقع، والرصيد بينزل بحسابك بعد ما نتأكد إنو وصلنا المبلغ.
الرصيد للشراء من المتجر بس. ما بيتحوّل لمصاري كاش، وما بينسحب، وما بينتقل لحساب تاني.
أي إيصال مزوّر أو دفع ببطاقة مش إلك بيسكّر الحساب فوراً، ومنقدر نبلّغ الجهات المختصة.
4الطلبات والتسليم
أغلب الطلبات بتنشحن أوتوماتيك خلال دقايق، وبتقدر تتابع حالة كل طلب ووقت وصولو من "حسابي".
إنت مسؤول عن صحة ID اللاعب أو الحساب يلي بتكتبو. منعطيك زر "تحقق" لتشوف اسم اللاعب قبل الدفع، استعملو دايماً.
إذا انشحن الطلب على ID غلط إنت كتبتو، ما منقدر نرجّعو.
5سياسة الاسترجاع
المنتجات الرقمية ما بترجع بعد ما توصل، لأنو ما في طريقة نسترجعها من حساب اللاعب.
إذا فشل الطلب لأي سبب من عنّا أو من المورّد، بينلغى أوتوماتيك وبيرجع المبلغ كامل لرصيدك فوراً.
إذا الطلب مكتوب "انشحن" وما وصلك، احكينا عالواتساب خلال 24 ساعة مع رقم الطلب، ومنتابعها مع المورّد.
المبالغ يلي بترجع، بترجع لرصيدك بالمتجر.
6الأسعار وحسابات التجّار
الأسعار بالدولار الأميركي وممكن تتغيّر بأي وقت. السعر يلي بيمشي هو السعر وقت ما تأكد الطلب.
في أسعار جملة خاصة بـ حسابات التجّار، وهيدي بتنعطى بموافقة الإدارة بس، ومنقدر نلغيها بأي وقت.
7الاستخدام الممنوع
استعمال بطاقات أو حسابات دفع مسروقة أو مش إلك.
محاولة التلاعب بالأسعار أو الرصيد أو الموقع، أو استغلال أي خطأ تقني.
استعمال المتجر لأي نشاط مخالف للقانون.
أي مخالفة بتسكّر الحساب، ومنقدر نحجز الرصيد لحتى نتحقق.
8سياسة الخصوصية
شو منجمع: اسمك، إيميلك، رقم الواتساب، IDs الألعاب يلي بتحفظها، طلباتك، وطلبات الشحن (المبلغ والطريقة ورقم العملية).
ليش: لننفّذ طلباتك، ونتواصل معك، ونحمي المتجر من الاحتيال.
المعلومات محفوظة عند خدمات Google Firebase، والدخول عليها محمي.
منبعت للمورّد بس الشي الضروري للشحن: المنتج وID اللاعب.
ما منبيع معلوماتك لحدا، وما منستعملها للإعلانات.
بتقدر تطلب تعديل أو حذف معلوماتك وحسابك عن طريق الواتساب.
9العلامات التجارية
أسماء ولوغوهات الألعاب والتطبيقات (متل PUBG Mobile، Jawaker، Free Fire وغيرها) ملك أصحابها. متجر SAFWAN بائع مستقل، ومش تابع لهالشركات ولا ممثّل عنها.
10التعديلات والتواصل
ممكن نعدّل هالشروط من وقت للتاني، والنسخة الجديدة بتمشي من تاريخ نشرها هون. لأي سؤال أو مشكلة، احكينا:
SAFWAN Store is operated by SAFWAN Digital Media Services and sells digital products: game and app top-ups, gift cards and telecom services. By using the site or creating an account, you agree to these terms.
2Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account and password safe, and for all activity on it.
Your details must be accurate, especially your WhatsApp number, so we can reach you.
We may suspend or close any account involved in fraud or in breach of these terms.
3Balance & top-ups
You top up using one of the payment methods shown on the site. The balance is added after we confirm the payment was received.
Balance can only be used for purchases in the store. It cannot be cashed out, withdrawn or transferred to another account.
Any forged receipt or payment with a card that isn't yours leads to immediate account closure, and we may report it to the authorities.
4Orders & delivery
Most orders are delivered automatically within minutes. You can follow each order's status and delivery time from "My account".
You are responsible for entering the correct player or account ID. Use the "Verify" button to see the player name before paying.
Orders delivered to a wrong ID that you entered cannot be reversed.
5Refund policy
Digital products are non-refundable once delivered, as they cannot be taken back from the player's account.
If an order fails for any reason on our side or the supplier's, it is cancelled automatically and the full amount is returned to your balance immediately.
If an order shows "Delivered" but you didn't receive it, contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours with the order number and we will follow up with the supplier.
Refunds are credited to your store balance.
6Prices & dealer accounts
Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time. The price that applies is the one at the moment you confirm the order.
Special wholesale prices are available to dealer accounts, granted only with management approval and revocable at any time.
7Prohibited use
Using stolen cards or payment accounts, or ones that aren't yours.
Attempting to manipulate prices, balances or the site, or exploiting any technical error.
Using the store for any unlawful activity.
Any violation leads to account closure, and we may hold the balance while we investigate.
8Privacy policy
What we collect: your name, email, WhatsApp number, saved game IDs, your orders, and top-up requests (amount, method and transaction number).
Why: to fulfil your orders, contact you, and protect the store from fraud.
Data is stored with Google Firebase services, with protected access.
We only send the supplier what is needed for delivery: the product and the player ID.
We never sell your data and don't use it for advertising.
You can ask us on WhatsApp to correct or delete your data and account.
9Trademarks
Game and app names and logos (such as PUBG Mobile, Jawaker, Free Fire and others) belong to their respective owners. SAFWAN Store is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with or endorsed by these companies.
